|Recommended: YesIncredibly Nice Property In A Great Location — Living at the Melrose has been a dream for me. The staff are friendly and helpful, the environment is great, and the residents are respectful and down to earth. The walls are thick as well. I produce music and have never had a noise complaint. Before COVID, my neighbors would have people over and I couldn't hear a thing from inside my apartment Very happy I found this gem in Nashville.

|Recommended: YesOverall All Has Been Good In The First Few Months — The location is great for me to access work locations and still have great access to other Nashville locations. Many close business that are great to avoid getting back in traffic when not needed.

|Recommended: YesAlready Missing The Melrose — We have been residents at the Melrose for over 2 years can honestly say we made the best decision. The apartments are beautiful with quality appliances. Whether it was a small or large issue, the maintenance team and office staff were timely and professional. They truly made this place a home away from home we will miss it

Grateful to be part of such a great community.
